HEY EVERYONE!!!! Hows everyone doing?? On December 12th I got to the DR! It was a long day of travel but we made it! We flew from Mexico to Florida then from Florida to the DR! We got on our second flight to Santiago and the plane was full of natives. I tried to talk to this cute old man sitting next to me but I swear he wasn't speaking Spanish hahaha. That's when I knew I was in for a wild ride.  We got to Santiago and went to President Bretóns house! We spent the night there and in the morning they had a Dominican breakfast ready for us! It was really good! Then we headed to the mission office and had orientation. Then we got to meet our companions! My comp is so awesome! Her name is Hermana Lowry! She's been out in the field for almost 16 months! She's an incredible missionary and I love her!! Dear Parents and Leaders of Sister Miller,   Yesterday, 12/22/2002, we were happy to receive Sister Miller here in Santiago! She was interviewed by President Bretón upon arrival to the mission house.   Today, she enjoyed a classic Dominican breakfast at the mission home with the other missionaries she arrived with before heading to the mission office to receive a brief training. After the training, she enjoyed an authentic Dominican lunch with the other missionaries in her group. She then met her new companion, Sister Lowry, and headed to her new area in Bella Vista!   Thank you for your love, efforts, and care as she comes here! LAST WEEK AT THE CCM!!!! I have absolutely LOVED my time here at the CCM!!!! I love the people I have met, the spirit I have felt, the speakers we have heard and most importantly the love I have felt from my Heavenly Father! I know he loves each of us so much and knows each of us by name! His love for us is stronger than we can even comprehend!!! As much as I have loved it here in the CCM, I am so excited to head to the DR and start sharing the thing most important to me! I already love the people so much and I CANNOT WAIT to meet all of them!!!! Elder M Russle Ballard and Elder Gary Stevenson are coming to the CCM this week and we get to hear from them on friday!!! I'm so excited to hear from them!!! BUTTT this is the coolest part, the CCM President and his wife wanted a choir of 75 missionaries to sing for the apostles. There are about 800 missionaries to pick from and I am so blessed and so lucky because my companion and I have the opportunity to sing for them!!!  We had the opp...
