Week 48

Hey! I hope you are all going great!
This week was chill and fast and not really much happened.

But we had interviews with president this week and he said to me "mi hija" which means my daughter so apparently pres loves me. But it was a really good interview he basically told me that we needed to drop all of our friends and find new ones because nobody is progressing, so we dropped over 40 people and we started to findddd! The next morning we went out and found 6 people and they all wanted to hear our message! The Lord is working behind the scenes in all of our life's.

My comp decided she wants to start running, so we run everyday in our parking lot and I've never been happier and my mom sent me a pull up bar, so catch me being shredded when I get home.
Also I am sick of the youth music so I now run listening to church talks hahaha.

Our friend Samantha, he's from India and is Buddhist, and we taught him on Saturday and it was so cool and difficult to even know where to start. But we started with God and that He loves us and wants to talk to His children. So to end the lesson we ended in a prayer and then we invited him to pray alone during the week and he accepted! Then after he gave us NICE pizza, like very expensive pizza and some cake! It was a good time, everyone pray for him!

Spiritual thought
This week on Sunday was my dad's 8th year anniversary of him passing and since I didn't have my family here with me to hug me and comfort me on this day I decided to turn to my Savior and His words.
I came across Mosiah 16: 8-9
And it says
"But there is a resurrection, therefore the grave hath no victory, and the sting of death is swallowed up in Christ. He is the light and the life of the world; yea, a light that is endless, that can never be darkened; yea, and also a life which is endless, that there can be no more death."

I am so eternaly grateful for my loving Heavenly Father and my Savior who made it possible for every single one of us to live with our families for the eternities. I know because Christ rose, we will too and we will, without a doubt, see our loved ones again.

I love you all, have a fabulous week and remember to put God first.
